Hi, my name is Miriam Esquivel.
I’m a psychologist and author of the www.miriamesquivel.com website.
I have more than 15 years of experience helping people to find themselves and that inner tranquility source that lies in all of them.
I use an integrative method although I’m a specialist in Gestalt Therapy, Strategic Brief Therapy, Coaching, and Mindfulness.
I also changed my life through psychotherapy, that’s why I can assure you it works.

How does it work?

Phase 1: Beginning the process of Psychotherapy/Coaching
- -We’ll explore your current situation (where you are)
- -We'll establish your objective (where you want to go)
- -We'll assess the main difficulties or obstacles to overcome it (beliefs, emotions, behaviours, failed attempted solutions, etc.)
Phase 2: Map of options and Action Plan
- -We'll identify and value the possible actions to achieve the agreed objective
- -We'll block the actions that don't work for you.
- -We'll design an Action Plan with goals and assumable tasks.
Phase 3: Evaluation of results
- -We'll review the results and evaluate the impact of your actions
- -We'll assess the success’ degree, based on pre-set indicators
- -We'll calibrate your emotional state
- -It will be the moment of introducing the changes in your life that will make you see the change you want
Phase 4: Change creation and maintenance
- -Changing is the first step, but keeping that change throughout time is this stage’s goal. We'll distribute the sessions so you can start creating and consolidating your achieved goals
- -Sessions will follow of your changes and we’ll evaluate the need of introducing new tools or resources to keep progressing
Phase 5: Closing process
- -Once you have achieved your goal or when you are clear about the path you have to follow to achieve it, we’ll make a review of techniques and learnings acquired and, with your backpack full of resources, it will be time to start walking alone.

COMMON QUESTIONS:
What happens if I buy a pack and then I don’t use all the sessions?
If you can’t do them for any important reason, you’ll have one year from the date your purchased your pack to do your sessions or you can always give them to another person who can use them.
Do I have to pay the pack with a single payment?
Yes. Your commit with yourself has to be minimum 3 sessions. Remember: you’re worth it.
